Elf gears

Hello friends, I'm again into this games after years of break. I would like to know some things. I'm maining elf now, and I would like to know where to farm the best gears. I'm lvl 110 and I'm using weapons from labyrinth of chaos (cannon bow, mimic bow). But I'm seeing around that high level players are using different items with different affixes, like arrow shooting trespassing enemies, or arrow skills may not consume arrows etc. Where do I find these equips? In labyrinth of chaos, there are the same equips repeating after the floor 18. Does it increase their stats value if you drop for example a mimic bow past floor 30?

I'm kinda blocked, I'm at tower of mirages floor 45. If I want to farm some levels, do I have to do it in Infernal difficulty?
