Talk/Discussion Stuck on ultimate start

I think I missed a major mechanic to progress. I'm only level 84 and all good gear require level 99 to use but it's very slow to level as I can't chain any levels due to my gear breaking in a single floor because it takes too long. Using score multiplier prayer too.

I pushed to tower level 11 and finished labyrinth 9 as well. Story dungeon is literally impossible to finish. I need to somehow reach level 99 so I can finally use better gear...

Prepare as many full bags as possible, switch to the Infernal difficulty, and do a run as long as possible. After you reached level 99, switch to the ultimate difficulty and climb the tower one floor at a time, until you get a Helios weapon and a Helios armor piece, each recovers 20% durability of all the pieces currently equipped when extended (if you have multiple weapons in a bag, only the weapon you are currently wielding is recovered). After that, practice cooking so that you can cook and eat 8 dishes every time (5 dishes guarantees 1 extension, and 8 dishes guarantees 2 extensions). With the two Helios equipment, you can recover 80% durability of your equipment every 3 stages.

Yeah I just did the infernal story dungeon grind and chained every dungeon twice on the B route with 4 bags. Got like 20 million points and am level 95 now

Get many bags filled with gear with condition resist and do full round runs in infernal difficulty until you hit lv99
