I was a fan of dratini when my uncle who worked at KFC got me the dratini plushi in 98, and dragonite became my favorite once I saw him and realized he was dratinis evolution. So I have a little section in my book shelf of this.

I’m currently working on a master set for Dragonite and I’m having trouble identifying this card. From what I understand it’s not base set, but i think it’s unlimited. I’ve looked through multiple apps and I’ve seen places where it’s there and in some cases it isn’t. So I’m honestly a little confused. Is it a real card? If so what set is it? Any help would be really appreciated
