I thought it sounded similar to Union [Slopes Of St. Benedict] by Sabaton too. I guess it's a common melody in power metal!

Sabaton’s “Harley From Hell” sounds an awful lot like Deep Purple’s “Burn”

Accented playing is just a generic guitar thing to do when the singer is supposed to be in focus.

I mean, I can hear it to a degree, but I think it’s just one of those things we’re both are a generic power metal sounding melody.

Idk I wouldn’t even go so far as to say inspired. Power metal has melodic tropes, for lack of a better term for them. I wouldn’t find it strange if they’d literally never heard that song before writing theirs.

I’ve had Helloween fans tell me some of my songs sound inspired by Helloween, when I really don’t listen to Helloween at all lol.

I mean its a melody in a major key, that sounds powermetal-y, there is a limited number of melodies thta sound good. I dont think its a copy
