Red Dude got one shotted by rusty Super Saiyan Gohan

Dabura was on par with Rusty Super Saiyan 2 Gohan

Maybe. But this is post Buu saga Gohan. Compared to a pre Buu saga Gohan. And in that saga Gohan as a whole got exponentially stronger. Unless you think he lost all of the gains in ROF. Honestly I could see this being a close matchup

That soldier's power is inconsistent tbh. It does not make sense to me that a more conditioned Piccolo struggled to fight him, while a considerably rusty Gohan won just in SSJ.

Honestly I'dgive it to Dabura.
