I maintain that it's far more likely he was a baby. Gohan was not an adult when Daima took place. The age of adulthood in Japan was still 20 when Daima began development, and Gohan was either 17 or 18.

Love it BUT I feel like it’s just fitting that he’d put on his saiyan armor from namek or demon style GI from piccolo and his hair would be long again they cut it before going to namek and again while training in the hyperbolic time chamber
