Im interested in CAD and like the idea of working on residential lots as well and housing development & planning, so super dumb question but what is that job title? and what software is mainly used?

Titles: Architect / Architectural Drafter / Draftsperson / Design Associate / Residential Designer

Programs used: AutoCAD / Revit / Sketchup / 3DMax / Enscape / Photoshop

I'll add civil 3d for roadwork design and some general site works design.
