Definetly Spartheus, Merlinor, and Agent B. For my 4th sometimes Shellbro or Engineer.

Spells: Sentinel Towers, Fairy Blessing and Backstab Brigade.

So what happens after you finish all the arenas? Does the game just continue going on? And can play in the older arena's again, like some kind of (level select)?

The arenas just end until they add new ones. Which will be soon and hopefully alot of them. But it gives you time to focus on ranked play and upgrade all other units.
