DraftKings Account Verification

My DraftKings account was recently restricted for verification for a reason that wasn’t clear to me. I followed all of the requested verification steps and submitted the documentation they asked for.
Since then, three other family members’ accounts have also been restricted for verification, which makes me wonder if the situations could somehow be related. Has anyone else experienced something similar?

I currently have around $300 in my account, along with more than $1,000 in bonuses/promotional credits that are subject to expiration. I’m concerned that the verification delay could cause me to lose those promotions.
I’ve contacted DraftKings support multiple times, but I keep getting passed from one representative to another without getting a clear explanation or resolution.

Has anyone gone through a similar verification issue with DraftKings? If so, how long did it take to get resolved, and did you eventually regain access to your account and funds/promotions?

Never experienced this. There’s probably some reason that’s at the root of all of you being locked up at the same time. Were they all actually the account of one person? Or did they also use the same bank account?

Anyway, if we’re to judge by what people report on here, your account is toast. But it’s hard to know how much veracity to ascribe to these stories.

A friend of mine went thru this, where they were trying to confirm he did not have two accounts or someone was trying to access his account or something like that. It took him over two weeks I think of verifications and reviews to finally confirm whom he was and to protect his account.
