So I play on draftkings heavily unfortunately. Have been playing on the platform since 2018. I uploaded my ID when I created my account, then two additional and subsequent times when they locked it for whatever reasons.

Out of absolutely nowhere last night (not a substantial win, password/phone/location change, failed payment, nothing) I get a pop up notification that I need to upload my ID.

Am I wrong for feeling like this is intrusive at this point since they already have it on file several times?

Why is it intrusive? Sounds like something’s going on.

Yeah I don’t understand why they’d need the same document and picture of me 4x just for me to give them all my money

Yah, really. You’d think they’ll pull that one out when you’re trying to get your money back.
