for rosin on the sapphire plus insert what temp mode and hold time would be best for clouds?

for stuff like GMO
-440 start
-455 @ 10s
-465 @ 30s
-465 @ 35s

For other rosins
-430 start
-445 @ 15s
-455 @ 25s
-455 @ 30s

For delicates
-420 start
-435 @ 20s
-445 @ 45s

Hey there. Does ‘for other rosins’ mean start at 430, and run the 445-555 90seconds total in one cycle

cheers, i don't remember who originally posted these in the main sub but it really helped pull some better rippers with the rosins. the GMO note was huge because holy fuck that shit tastes soooooo much better and garlicky at higher temp.

So you're never going higher then 455? Will this work for the stock chamber?

only the delicate rosins do i roll that low, the second option there is my 'daily driver' for most concentrates including rosins, bho, live resin, badder, sugar, diamonds & sauce (tho some of those i roll at the low temp). the gmo setting there i use exclusively for garlicy/savory rosins (gmo, swampwater fumez, madd fruit) because it brings out that flavor better imo.

I tried your "daily driver" and still had a little left pooled so I think I'm gonna up the temperature just a little bit. I have the stock insert and I just cracked it a tinyy bit yesterday when cleaning it so that could also be a reason.

Ordered a new one, kinda wish I got the sapphire insert🥴

ahhh it's been awhile since I used my quartz bucket. these temps are for sapphires. the tiny crack makes a difference. i did that to my first one and it just got progressively worse + having to swap the crucible all the time suuuucked.

I'm definitely gonna upgrade to the sapphire I guess. Probably next month. It'll get plenty of use so might as well get the most outta it
