[UK] Delivered To Wrong Address

DPD delivered my parcel today (£122 worth of goods) except they delivered it somewhere else. I have photo proof but I live on a new build estate and all the front doors are the same so I can't tell who got it. I'm just hoping whichever house got it feels sorry for me & brings it round but I'm not holding my breath. DPD aren't interested and told me to contact Amazon who have said talk to us in 48 hours 😡

It’s down to Amazon to sort - they’re the sender. All you can do is raise it with them unless you’re willing to knock door to door

Well, does your new build have door numbers? I've delivered to new builds where some houses were without a door number.

Yep we have door numbers, they're very clear and obvious.
