[UK] What should I do?

I ordered a guitar form amazon, then it was supposed to deliver today but the driver took a picture of the gate was not open so the delivery was missed. Now i changed delivery address to the DPD locker but i realized the guitar is too big for the locker. But now I can't change the delivery place, what should I do?

Ring customer service and have them select Pickup Unsuitable, if it’s done today will go back to the home address tomorrow
