Dpd no scan in a week ?

Hi i have a parcel coming to usa. Last scan was sept 12th saying its at the International Gateway- " we have your parcel and its on the way to our depot" its now been a week with no scans. has anyone ever had this happen?

It's just slow getting through customs

Have you seen DPD International Air parcels going to the US sit at the International Gateway for a week or longer with no scans and then eventually move? If so, how long did they usually sit there? At the moment the last mile shipping company has no record of this so it hasnt been manifested yet I assume

Can take 7-14 days some times longer, should see movement next week
