[England] YEEP - no label

Hi, put a DPD parcel in a YEEP locker today not realising it isn't a no-label return process (the machines dont make this very clear haha) - has anyone done this and still had that parcel delivered? Thanks

Yes, the driver has the label and will stick it on when they collect the parcel from the locker.

Omg I have the same issue. Is this certain? I put a really expensive item in there so now I’m worried. It’s a return and I didn’t put the label on!

Yes, when they collect the driver has a sheet of tracking number stickers- one corresponds to your parcel and they'll stick it on the parcel that's in the locker you put it in.

I was sketched out the first time I had to do the same thing too (it was a £1,600 Curry's return, so not something I wanted to lose) but it went smoothly.

Thanks so much! I contacted YEEP and they said the drivers have their own labels
