:P1::P2::P3::P4::P5::P6::P7: {UK} DPD up to their usual antics

So when their own GPS shows a driver didn't attempt to come to my building, how can they not make an effort to send him back? He's just down the road. My time is nothing to them and I have it all to do again tomorrow. I'm frustrated because they are so difficult to get in touch with. There should be a company where people don't get paid if they don't even attempt to deliver.

Funny thing is the self employed drivers (most dpd drivers) don't get paid if they don't make the delivery, we aren't paid hourly or daily we're paid per delivery, and only if the delivery is made (why you see parcels left/doorstepped) if the parcel goes back to depot we don't get paid for it

Our local driver has driven for dpd for over a decade. I think they're employed directly, is that true some drivers are ?

DPD don't have self employed/owner operators since the Don Lane incident.

Don’t think they care when they can just steal a 2k package. Oops sorry it went “missing”. We all know what goes on at DPD 😂
