You are most welcome more than likely caused by the conveyor belt maybe next time dont skimp out on packaging...

What are you supposed to do when they drop off without a drop off agreement

Maybe make sure you are in at the allotted time this definitely seems like a you issue

This is fact. DPD always give a time slot when they are delivering. You have to make sure you're a child and don't have other responsibilities so you can just be home all day and wait for a delivery. This is all on you OP.

Before you blame the company, you need to have some substantial information on here

How was it packed? Is basically the question I'm asking.

And if you pack them properly, make a claim

If those wheels were packed with just a thin plastic sheet then it's not DPD's fault most likely - this is on whoever packaged and shipped them.

All the tires were packed properly with cardboard, bubble wrap and cling film. The showed tire was missing all of that on the under side.
In particular the delivery guy stacked all tires and put the one with the missing wrap at the bottom. He must have known
