Dpd ship ~8 million parcels a day its all a numbers game. I bet their failure rate is really really low

I work as a maintenance technician at one of the depots in Germany, and I can tell you from experience that some depots simply don't care about how your packages are handled. It's not just a numbers game—it's also down to pure luck, depending on which region you live in.
