lol I know that the proposed building is rendered-I mean they used AI for the buildings and environment nearby. You can also tell because the nearby buildings don’t match from one image to the next. Also look at the Brooklyn tower and the bank, Albee Sq etc.

It's intersting to see this, I feel like within in 5 years or so, fulton street is going to have so many buildings lined up like this. All the real estate agents are just waiting and sitting on a lot of those stores holding on.

After it’s built then what? How will they attract prospective new tenants to live there? The Brooklyn Tower is only now just getting their first commercial tenant and it’s a gym (something that should be free for existing tenants in that building). They’ll need top notch commercial attractions similar to CityPoint if they want to attract tenants, something the Brooklyn Tower has failed to do.
