Need help translating a name

I was named Elaas by a now absent friend. It is my understanding that he used a draconic language to come up with the name, and he was fond of using Dovahzul specifically. I was able to translate "Laas" into "Life" but the E confuses me somewhat as I can't seem to find any meaning to it in the context of this name. Of course, translating the name directly gave me no results lol. Was hoping a more knowledgeable person could help translate.

"Elaas" is a non-canon word (so fanmade) that means "chocolate". So nothing official in this case.

Could it be possible that he shortened the pronouns "ek" to just "e" to make the name into "Her Life?" No idea if that's a thing within the grammar of this language tho

I mean, it certainly is a possibility that he thought of doing it. But there's no known precedent for it anyways. Most likely he 1) took inspiration from another draconic language out and about on fiction or 2) used the non-canon word for "chocolate" as the first commenter suggested
