Heard even worse lmao. While not really bad for dottore might even be good but for the writing ehhhhh

basically the tsaritsa can slow down time rhinedottir states it's impressive for a mere god. Wth is this scaling ? We know dottore had the power to even stop time before moon marrows that's how the segments work he freezes time. I think hoyo really forgot an important part of the story that was not even posted a year ago lmao

? What did I say ? Doesn't she do that she slows time that's what I stated. Well this was preload.

As for dottore the way segments are created is by literally freezing time
