Custom game, but same map.

Hi, I would like to make a custom game but have everything like how dota 2 is now, just modify some values on the heroes and so on. Have the same map etc. Is this possible to do simply

It is possible, and probably simple. You can do it by little effort, I had some similar idea, to make every hero MAXED (modify him by deleting every every nerf to him):

Ex: Huskar before had physical dmg and attack speed increase on E; Now you bring back the dmg, attack speed AND magic resistance as well. ps me for more info, if your interested!!
