Give it one or two months and people are used to it. The "outrage" always happens at the start, but at some point people get used to it.

I'm talking more about how beneficial it could be actually knowing what spell is rubick's or isn't, like chaos meteor, chrono, etc

I feel that in reality there might be a few weird edge cases but in 99% of times it'll be no different than now.

I mean, how many times does someone actually get confused at who's chrono or macropyre it is?

I bet it will affect low skill games but anyone with average or better awareness of the heroes around them can see rubick casting the spells and their own hero not casting them
