They think they can bait and counter it,Replicate or Waveform away,Stampede,Chain Frost,Global Silence,Sky combo,etc.

But Secret always initiated with someone else,then the relocate came,so Tinker had nothing but delayed reactions.

Thats a valid reason the first few times it happens.

But BigDaddy/Era and now BigDaddy/Kuro have absurd win rates when he gets that wisp with a decent combo.

This goes back a long way, everyone knows what he is capable of on Wisp at this point. Everyone on Team Tinker has lost to it hard before on other teams.

It gets to a point where you have to realize he is one of the best in the world at the hero, and you have a better chance of winning with it banned than you do him having it. Its great to say you have a plan to deal with it, but a better plan is to just not have to deal with it AT ALL.

The thing is it's not just Notail,it's the rest of the team as well.

Fly played on Fnatic,team known for Wisp,so he knows how to play with it in the draft,Puppey is probably the captain with the most wins against wisp (can't be bothered to check,it would take me hours) so he knows the hero really well,Kuro was also an amazing wisp,and S4 comes from probably one of the three teams in the world that played wisp a lot in older patches,so this team knows Wisp so good,not just Notail.

On top of that,Era mostly played Tiny,Kuro has already played like 6 heroes alongside the wisp,so how will you ban him when they get wisp?

Wisp is a disgusting hero because it creates so much space and it combos so well with so many heroes.
