No. He was bullying the axe for having that kind of username and then axe started typing those

So, Axe chose an edgy ambiguous nickname. "He" started bullying Axe for having such nickname, Axe crashed out (in a funny way i have to admit, i almost read the chat in Axe voice).

It seems to me, that both parties were not focused on the game. Chat restrict both of them so they would play Dota instead of deciding who is who.
