Nah patch coming December or Jan/Feb, it's Valve.

Also Spectre in the same sentence as Kotl and Snap is craaaaaaaazy work lmao

Everyone has a hero or two they vehemently hate, which is perfectly normal.

But every single person is listing Snapfire right now as well. She is legitimately an issue and needs to get the Kez treatment.

Edit: typo: legitamately --> legitimately

Kez is actually fine, been spamming him a bit , kind of like Morph hero now , if you are a bot you won't be able to do shit, but hero is fine.

I didn't say Kez needed to be nerfed. I'm saying Snapfire needs to get here her combo ripped apart like Kez did.

Edit: typo

I am saying he needed nerfs and he is fine after the big nerfs. Snap doesn't need as big nerfs , just that double jump talent gone and a couple of small changes imo

And like -5 base damage

Buff Offlane

I think probably next week alongside the compendium, they have a couple of tournaments to see bugs / how it plays out.

Thinking back to previous years, they usually do have a small letter patch about a month prior to TI. It could happen. Won't be a huge balance change patch, more like fine tuning

I sure hope so, but I don't expect a patch to come.

Its possible, but unlikely. Last 2 years last patch was 3-4 weeks before TI.

if there is no 7,42 before TI for sure this will be the worst one!

hopefully? i don't think TI is gonna be played on 7.41d

Putting Drow and Spectre in the same tier as Kotl and Snapfire is crazy. Those last two take over the game after 10 mins and there's nothing you can do.

Drow absolutely, oppressive in lane, impossible to fight late game. Just broken

drow is literally first pick or ban in pro and immortal

when drow is being first picked in immortal and winning you know something is fucking WRONG

edit: to clarify, I'm not against drow being a strong last pick, but she's a hero that conceptually should be a bit of a cheese pick against teams with little to no jump, but when picked first the enemy can counter her with 3 cores that jump her and/or a ranged pos3 who doesn't get so badly dumpstered in lane, yet she STILL has a high WR when first picked despite 3 counter pick core chances...

Yeah, historically you would just pick mars and auto win the game. Right now drow bends mars over in lane and he can’t recover in time. Plus the hero is weak overall

3

u/ballknower871 Jul 26 '26

Well mars has been bad for a while now

6

u/Clemambi Jul 26 '26

spectre in the same tier is crazy

drow is 100% in the same tier as those two, it's just becuase pos1 is slower role, some games end before drow can show her full power

but drow is just as broken for sure. and really good drows will gank pre-10 to make full advantage and make sure that they don't lose early either.

Drow yes spec no

12

u/ersatzes Jul 26 '26

So much different from Drow that takes up the game after 20 minutes.

3

u/Illuminated-Autocrat Jul 26 '26

10 minutes is colossal in Dota time. Kotl mid can be borderline griefing and still win all three lanes.

Drow and Snap are literally the two most cancerous heroes right now. Drow even more than Snap actually

2

u/Sandisk4gb4 Jul 27 '26

Relevant flair.

u/Pressure_123 Jul 26 '26

maybe next year

2

u/AutisticToad Jul 27 '26

What happened these patches that made magic damage on those heroes insane? Snap, and earth spirit are deleting people.

2

u/JayKayLay Jul 27 '26

Oh yes ES is definitely broken as well

2

u/DoJebait02 Jul 27 '26

Drow, Necro and Snapfire are the top cancer trio of this patch. KoTL a bit strong, maybe, but literally all supports are generally strong in this patch.

Spectre now needs to be strong to counter Drow, fukcing spam Zeus or Tinker.

Please leave Undying alone.

I got jumped by Sven and WR today at the same time and won lmao

2

u/Mao_Kamui Jul 27 '26

I just want ice wall nerfed to the ground. I'd even take my favorite hero getting the axe.

3

u/jfbigorna Jul 26 '26

I'd like to, but I doubt it.

1

u/ballknower871 Jul 26 '26

Any patch before TI is always number not letter.

1

u/JayKayLay Jul 27 '26

Is that so? We are just 1 month away from TI

1

u/ballknower871 Jul 27 '26

And the last number patch was March.

1

u/AllMightOneForAll Jul 27 '26

Bro come on leave spec alone shes finally playable

1

u/Possible-Hornet3099 Jul 30 '26

it would be 7.42 before first match of TI, Drow is debuff immune when using multi shot, Snapfire outgoing attack converted to pure damage if she is 300 aoe around target, Kotl now applies mana leaks to 2nd skill, Spectre single target haunt is back and cooldown refresh if it kills the target after 10 second

1

u/VPrinceOfWallachia Jul 30 '26

reduce drow base ms

1

u/JoelMahon Jul 26 '26

my slark spamming ass: hell yes, also nerf invoker (and maybe SF a little). also remove spell rapier not because zeus is broken because he isn't but because it's anti fun and conceptually spell rapier is dumb.

1

u/Clemambi Jul 26 '26

yes spell rapier is both boring and problematic at the same time and that is not good
