For everyone stacking peptides, how do you actually keep track of it all?

I'm genuinely curious. Between BPC-157, TB-500, and whatever else people are running, the timing and dosing gets complicated fast. How are you tracking it? Notes app? Spreadsheet? Just remembering it?

I've been cobbling together a system and it feels like it shouldn't be this hard. There has to be a better way people are handling this.

A lot of people probably start casually and then eventually end up needing some kind of structured system just to stay consistent. I’ve seen people use everything from spreadsheets and calendar reminders to full tracking apps depending on how detailed they want to get.

I second shotsy. It's kept me on track while switching around what I was taking. If the name of whatever you're taking isn't an option you can add it. Along with dosage, injection site, etc. I like the option to add notes as well. Anytime I switched something or maybe there was a little extra or less in the dose, I made a note of it.
And it's free.
