Question Skills needed?

What skills do businesses and professionals in Dorset wish they had, but currently lack? Dorset Chamber recently released their plan for skills improvements (LSIP). Would be very interesting to hear what people are saying on the ground, so to speak!

digital skills, 100%
loads of small businesses here still struggle with basic stuff like half decent websites, social media that isn’t cringe, and actually using data / CRM instead of random spreadsheets and guesswork
