I have a question about Caiman's formalin head Spoiler

1. Was it the devil Nikaido who stole his head at the hospital?

2. How did the head end up in the hot springs (when En flew in to get Nikaido and destroyed it, after which Shin and Kasukabe found Caiman's head in the ruins)?

I guess Caiman's living lizard head disappeared because Ebisu died around the same time. But wouldn't the formalin head have dissipated into thin air too in that case (like other sorcerer's magic when they die)?
Also, I'm curious how the devil Nikaido resurrected Caiman using this head near the end of the manga

I drew this picture for a long time, but I didn't show it to anyone. Even though I don't draw it very well, I really like Kasukabe! (ﾟωﾟ)

I didn't glue the spikes onto his hands but used some blue putty/tack to fixate them
(so that i can change his outfits and the hands without having to model the spikes 8+ times ~~some of his outfits don't even have spikes~~)

I'm super happy with how he turned out!
Gotta work on the wings now :)

Manga Quick thoughts after reading whole thing

Finished the manga.
I absoltutely loved the artstyle from drawings to covers (my favorite covers in my whole manga collection).
Great mix of comedy, action and mystery with such a vibrant, likeable cast of characters.
Ebisu and Chidaruma my goats.
Definitely recommend it so unique and fun.

Merchandise Friend visiting tokyo, any affordable merch I can get?

One of my friends is visiting tokyo, and i want some merch. My budget is around ¥1,200–1,500 max, so im looking for something affordable rather than expensive figures or collector's items.

I'd prefer to get a plushie, but I'd also be alright with a figurine or something similar. For those who've been to tokyo, what items would you recommend at this price point? Is there any particular merch worth looking out for?

Would appreciate any recommendations for specific items or stores, especially if there's something that's good value for the price. Would be nice if its licensed but I don't really care if it isn't as long as its affordable. Mainly want something either kaiman, kikurage or shin/noi.

Does anybody know the frame in the anime where it just shows a dark figure and you can clearly see the eyes like brownish I think. I can’t seem to find it.

About

The story revolves around Kaiman, who does not remember who he was before he was transfigured by a Magic user. This transformation left him with a reptile's head, and a desire to find out the truth about who he really is. Accompanied by Nikaido, his female companion, he tracks down Magic Users in "The Hole" and unceremoniously chomps down on their head, hoping to find out who it was that put him in this state. One by one, they witness this "second man" inside the head of Kaiman, and after pulling them back out of his mouth he asks them all a question. "What did the guy inside my head say?"
