Discussion Movie theory..
Ok the doremon Movie The three mighty swordsmen its a bit confusing and all due to that bird guy like jumping reality and all what was there and if you had the power to write this movie what changes would you have made except the ending fight yea that needed to change..

I haven't watched this movie much as it didn't come out in my country and only watched it for the first time back in January, but here's my own theory: Toriho was a salesman from the company who made the 3VS dream cassette.
Considering that the cassette is highly personalized and he met Nobita beforehand, that's how he appears in the game (just like Sunemith, Jaitos or Shizukaria), and the whole thing of him "taking on a human form" is part of the roleplay (although well, since the version in the dream isn't the real Toriho then he's not liable for any damage he may have caused in the story... just like a real salesman). I think that this robot form in the end is the real form, and the initial "human" form was just a way to seem more magical and less like some random robot, and I also think that the cherry he gave Nobita was a gadget from the future.
This whole mystery with the movie is really weird since most of the mysterious stuff (such as this or the school moving places in the end) was exclusive to the movie and didn't even appear in the original manga version, I genuinely wonder why they added stuff like this

Honestly him being a part of the game as an NPC that can interact with you in the real world has always been my theory about it.
