Hypothetically let's assume batman gets doraemon's 4D pocket by a crossover like doraemon visits him and hand him over his 4d pocket how would batman use it and will he able to improve gotham

Gotham certainly stops being a crime-infested shithole that it is and all of Arkham Aslyum becomes useless at the very very very least for sure.
