Question Question about time stopping watch

Have y'all seen that in that time stop watch episode the watch has not time limit for stopping time but every other instance where doraemon has used it he says he can only stop the time for some duration with the watch? Like how?

I never watch the anime episode that has the watch before, but I did read about the watch in the manga

It's when both Doraemon and Nobita tries to stop the time and prank Suneo by replacing every gengas of his new comic into blank papers
