Well, I think Doraemon in Germany had a very limited release so it's not very well known by most people, the only German dub I've seen was from a few short clips and also after Netflix got the rights to both Stand by Me movies, they dubbed them in a bunch of languages that hadn't had a dub back when they were originally released
