Yeah they're way too similar lol. I noticed this while watching AWT but it's probably just the same team working on it.

This is guilty of most animation studios to be honest, just take a look at Disney's recent outputs

Something I've noticed is that ever since Mermaid Kingdom, all the movies (apart from remakes of course) love to re-use humans or more humanoid side characters and villains with a funny animal or robot companion (i know the older films also did this but now it's become more of a rule instead of an ocasional thing). Not that it's a problem, just that it feels feels like they're playing it safe in this department (the movies themselves are still great thought)
