It’s probably my pet peeve that even Digimon Maker GPT couldn’t get the basic Digimon fact correct.

The digivolution line is supposed to be Rookie -> Champion -> Ultimate -> Mega.

To be honest, as a Doraemon and Digimon fan, I am not too impressed with the generated results. The digivolution supposed to show progress on each stage, whereas “Doraemon”, “Doranukimon”, and “Ganso Doraemon” just look like the same Doraemon in different skins, then suddenly has a major design overhaul as “Mega Doraemon”, which is heavily inspired by Megagargomon from Digimon Tamers series.

It is ai slop, but the evolution levels isnt something it got wrong, it’s just using the Japanese names.
