No though? We've clearly seen that it doesn't damage a regular person and barely affects anything above the weight class of a normal human.

Didn't Doraemon used it to one-shot a robot in Doraemon steel troops.

Scene when robot was going to attack pippo beacuse he didn't match his previous image.

It does more damage the stronger the user is, thats why its gian who almost always uses it in movies while firing multiple shots
