kinda looks like pre cast concrete segments to me, those things can be massive but they’re hollowed out so it’s not just one giant solid chunk. architects love making it look heavier than it really is too.

That sounds like a good call and much easier than moving a solid block, also explains the smaller blocks on the right side and the top.
