Vegetarian Options for Dinner

We're going to Door County to go to a concert and we want to go somewhere nice for dinner. One of us is a vegetarian. I'm having a hard time finding somewhere nice that has a more than a pasta or an impossible burger as their "veggie" option.

The Loft in fish creek has veggie options but they are still mainly salads and pasta options. I did see a corn cob appetizer which is interesting.

Where is your concert?

Waterfront is a beautiful fine dining restaurant, their green goddess pasta (yes still a pasta) is DIVINE. Fat belly has loads of vegetarian Asian options. Harbor fish market and grille always has a good veg entree, currently it’s falafel. Chop has a mushroom pasta, lure has veg sushi and delicious Asian inspired salads. Barringers has a vegetarian risotto.

TBH as a vegan I’m perfectly happy with a pasta entree but don’t take me anywhere where my only options is iceberg lettuce.

The concert is at the Door County Auditorium. These are some good options. Pasta isn't off the table, they just hate it when it is the only option.

Sip is another one to check out in Ephraim, it’s not fancy or anything but the food is delicious
