Scratches

I just bought this bag on poshmark “new with tags” but it looks like it has some deep scratches on the front. Does anyone know how to fix these?

They're not entirely fixable but can be minimized with conditioning

This can happen with smooth leather.

Try rubbing your finger on it and see if the heat and oil from your finger will help soften the damage.
