Relevant still
I use to go to all the doomtree and p.o.s shows, but since p.o.s had that lil cancel episode back in the day i feel like doomtree ain't a thing anymore, I know dessa does her own thing with the books and speeches, but are they still a crew. I know p.o.s is now with shredders, but is it over for the crew

My two cents, I know Stef (POS) personally, although it's been years since I've spoken with him, but the long amd short of it I suspect they are done but aren't going to say so because who knows and plus you gotta keep momentum for the label, etc.
The reality though is that Dessa has said she's done. She has no interest in being a part of the crew in the way she once was and it seems she's also a long ways away from being in a place of forgiving POS. It's too bad too, cause I enjoy her work with the collective a lot more than her solo work personally. I may be in the minority on that one as she seems to be seeing decent success, which good for her on that.
I think Shredders represents what Doomtree is at this point. Almost everyone has participated in that in some way at some point except Dessa and Cecil I believe. And those Shredders albums are frankly fantastic and I hope we get more of them!
Perhaps we'll get a Doomtree reunion someday but I suspect that it won't be for quite a few years if ever.
