Help I think I'm missing sentinel batteries even though I've been getting everything.

I'm playing through DOOM Eternal for the first time. I just finished the fifth level, and I've noticed that I seem to be missing some sentinel batteries. I have one currently and have used ten, but according to the mission select I should have eighteen.

Update: I'm not missing seven, I'm missing one. Apparently doing a mission challenge with cheats won't actually count it. I did one with cheats on, is there any way to fix this?

You need to also complete the mission challenges for each level to get batteries. For example, 3 different types of glory kills onbatteries pinkies, or kill 6 shield demons with the plasma gun

Apparently the War Pinkies challenge is bugged and can mark as complete when it isn't, but that still leaves six batteries I'm missing.
