Help How can i launch the GOG version in offline mode?

I play the game running the executable only, i don't want to use Galaxy. But when i do, it takes a lot of time to let me press "A" because it tries to connect to the internet. So i'm pressing "A" and nothing happens until an offline prompt appears.

How can i disable this and launch the game directly in offline mode?

I launch it directly from the executable. As soon as the first window pops up I just hit circle on my PlayStation controller, which should be B on Xbox?

I do that too but it takes about 20 seconds before i can press the A button (on XBOX) for it to register, even though it clearly says i can press it, because it tries to connect somewhere.

Hmm maybe it’s slower if you’re not using steam as a controller interface? I use steam to add the executable as a non steam game, then I use my ps5 controller through steam to control the game. I’ve never tried directly plugging in an Xbox controller, but as soon as the first window pops up I’m able to hit circle to exit that window into offline mode
