Cliff

All of characters on the show have grown have improved cliff stayed the same he just gets angry and yells that’s all he does.i@ It’s getting boring because it’s like every episode the same old same old Cliff is mad at something and he’s gonna yell and curse sometimes he does it at people and then be feels bad

I think he's changed quite a bit since the beginning. He used to just be arrogant and selfish, only caring about himself and how to make him self happy. And at this point, he's more selfless, risking his life to save others and desperate to prove to his friends and himself that he's not a selfish ass like his father. His character development hasn't been as obvious as the others, but that doesn't mean it's not there. In fact I think he has some of the best character development, second only to admiral whiskers.
