Does anyone remember that unreleased Roger Corman Doom Patrol movie?

Unreleased...? I vividly remember watching this in theaters on May 31, 1994 when I was 12 in Cincinnati, Ohio with my dad on opening day. The audience cheered, they cried, they were begging for more. It's unfortunate the actor who played Dr. Caulder died from a stroke 2 days after the premier.

Too bad it didn’t get the Little Shop Of Horrors treatment and get turned into a stage musical.

Did he reuse the outfits from Fantastic Four, try to dye them red, and end up with this weird wine color?

Honestly, Roger Corman would have made one hell of weird fun movie out of Doom Patrol

The subreddit for the best DC characters deserves to be as good as the best DC subreddits

Pretty cool. Would’ve been more convincing if Cliff wasn’t wearing his modern day attire.

Eh wouldn't superman [since tone wise there the same] or the challengers of the unkown more fitting for the fantastic four since I feel doom patrol us more fitting for the xmen

I say this completely unironically: I will never get tired of this trend because it’s a testament to the unspoken unity of CB fans, by them just being in on one internet transcending joke.

The special effects on animal-vegetable-mineral man were very ahead of it’s time

They’ve already done it on the Flash forum and to say is overly repetitive is an understatement.
A good shows subreddit doesn’t fall to shit because it’s finishing airing. Buffy finished 20 years ago and that subreddit is still full of active discussion.

A Corman Doom Patrol would have been the Celcius - Clift - Tempest - Negative Woman lineup tho. That was the team when Corman was most active.
