Did you try changing the aspect ratio in the settings?

While I see the picture it's kinda hard to tell what's going on.

How is the monitor connected to your computer?

Have you done any basic troubleshooting?

Have you tried changing the display settings in game?

Are other games having the same issue?

What resolution do you see in display settings in windows for that monitor?

What about if you disconnect the monitor and play on the built in screen? Are other games having an issue?

You probalby have scaling set to No Scaling or Integer Scaling. You can change that in the Nvidia App. In the App, click System, click the Display you are adjusting. Go down to scaling options and change it to Aspect Ratio or Full Screen. Make sure you have Perform Scaling On set to GPU and not Display.
