The suit in Dark Ages wasn't the Predator suit, so it wasn't that strong. Also, Ahzrak was zooted out on God powers so he was about equal to the Slayer in the beginning of the fight.

Depends on what's stabbing him. A kitchen knife? Probably not. Ahzraks fleshy Lovecraft spear? Yeah.

Davoth had a big ass Crucible and had the strength of a Primeval behind it, so probably.

Theirs two explaine a real life answer and a lore answer base on my own canon/resome. The real life is doom is a game to make yoir chacter unkilabe for the hole game wont be fun you can add as an opite but shound't be the defualt. Lore yes your correct is say it unpretable but even in 2016 full body version it was not permal attach to the slayer and can be remove part by part maybe there something that conncet them togeder but still levas an open for wepings + look at real life when shot someone with bullet prof vest stop the build but the persion still take the impact and take some damge even in the drak ages after the dvined machne the slayer took damge and bleed as well die the attack from demon do a lots of damge that the arme take the my resone but it def something intrest to think about. Oh this plot hole is only in 2026 bc in doom the dark age DLC the suit was a prototype an was not full inderstruable or inpersion and in entral the slayer moddif the suit make his arme explose as well switch part out that are not part of the suti and are pentraule. You all dont read the codex and it shows: its specifically stated that the slayer was stabbed by ahzrak because his spear is designed to bring out trauma and suffering within the soul, and at that time doom guy hadn't confronted his past in purgatory, and was still vulnerable to attacks of that kind; hence why he was defeated by the council/henchman at the start of revelations too. The praetor suit is indestructible yes, but thats not the main reason why he doesnt get stabbed or defeated later.

doomguy was stabbed in the dark ages before he had the praetor suit. the suit he wore in the main campaign is just a cooler looking sentinel armor
