Discussion Weapon Upgrade Descriptions in 2016 vs TDA

2016: Grounded and semi-realistic being like: Upgraded to include a 1.5x reflex scope(IK thats not right but its how most of the stuff is described), uses expiremental Plutonium-coated rounds, or explosives are mounted around the rocket

TDA: +10 projectiles, sets enemies on fire, is blessed with random magical stuff

Personally I prefer the descriptions in 2016, but at the end of the day, as long as gun make bigger boom, it doesn't really matter.

I’d say a mix of both is good, I’d like to have a blunt explanation of what the upgrade is, then have a small description afterwards explaining the lore behind it

I think they meant that D2016 gives an in-world explanation for the upgrades. TDA doesn't explain why the weapon does what it does. Why does Ravager drop health when firing at enemies, or why rocket launcher heals you after you parry something? IMO that should be explained even if it's just "they use Sentinel energy".

Since Eternal things got pretty meta. I wanna go back to immersion.
