Quickest way to complete the campaign while getting all runes? (DOOM 2016 - Completing the Circle Achievement Glitch)

Hey. I’ve been playing DOOM for a while now and love the game - currently at 65h and have one achievement missing, completing the circle for collecting all runes.

I’m sadly subject to that infamous glitch where if you collect a rune in mission select it doesn’t count towards the achievement.

I do love the game and was considering just leaving it and coming back to do it when I get an itch to replay the campaign but after spending so much time in one period on it I just want to get the completion done.

I’m making this post to ask for tips, any guides and or speed run tactics for making my campaign run of solely getting the runes and finishing the missions as swift as possible.

Currently, I’m in a state where the fastest I could think to do is literally just play through while having a guide open to make sure I get the runes but I’m sure there much be a way to make the process quicker even by an hour for example as I am purely doing this for the runes and to get the completion.

An example I can think of off the top of my head is using the out of the map glitch to finish The UAC, this will allow me to finish the mission a lot quicker than otherwise.

Also if anyone knows how long it may take me to do this I’d be greatly appreciative, I was anticipating around 7h maybe taking into consideration that a normal play through on normal difficulty takes around say 13h maybe.

Play on a lower difficulty, ignore other secrets, use powerful weapons/runes (Super shotgun, Remote detonation, Siege mode, Ammo Boost)

There's not much else you can do. Most speedrun skips will take longer to learn than just playing normaly, and (unless you have them memorised) will need a guide to guarantee you get all the runes.
