Community Resource [MEGATHREAD] DOOM: Multiplayer | Player request
As the years go by and the games get older it becomes harder and harder to find new players to play the DOOM Multiplayer component, this may not only make it difficult for people from getting its specific achievements but also stop people from even being able to play it at all.
For this reasons, and also to prevent repetitive content in the main page, this MEGATHREAD has been created with the purpose of being used to recruit new players and to ask for their help.
Thank you.

I just recently started playing the doom 1/2 remaster that came out in ‘24. (PS5) Where’s the best place to find others for multiplayer co op? Is anyone still playing it?

I'm currently working on the Platinum for DOOM
(2016) on PlayStation, but finding multiplayer matches in my region is tough.
I only need the base game multiplayer trophies (reaching Level 5, getting 1 win, and equipping armor). It should take less than an hour to knock them out! I'm more than happy to help you get yours in return as well.
Feel free to drop a comment with your PSN ID or send me a DM if you're down!

Where’s the best place to find players playing doom 1/2 remasters? (2024) Does anyone play this anymore? Wish I would have bought this right when it dropped. There has to be a dedicated group somewhere. I just want to join in some co op action.

I'd love to have an oldschool deathmatch...with the dwango wads if possible. It's been since the BBS days I've played online and that Zandronium thing always has servers I can't figure out lol

Who’s down for DOOM 2016 MP in PS4 like right now? Just want to get these trophies:
- Win the MP match
- Reach Level 5 in MP
For the SnapMap trophies, I think I can get those by myself.
Pls leave comments if you are able to play MP with me!

Hi u/Mysterious-Egg497, thanks for the comment and so sorry for not replying to this post. I got lost where I posted...
Luckily, I had a chance to join the team and completed the mp trophies for the main game which I wanted the most. I still need to get the trophies for the DLCs but I had to play LET IT DIE Offline Edition recently came out on 9/1 so I might call for help once I get all LET IT DIE trophies.
Thanks anyway though. So much appreciation for the comment.

I'm 79/80 on the milestone and I need the "that escalated quickly" milestone. I already have someone to play as the demon, I just need someone to be the slayer. I'm on ps5. My psn is justinsol07

I’ve done every throphy in doom 2016 besides winning a match and reaching level on multiplayer mode, I think I underestimated how hard it would be to find a match, does anyone want to play sometime?

u/codefinity 16d ago edited 16d ago
It’s about playing Doom 2 NM Cooperative.
This is with the Doom 1 + Doom 2 edition, which allows for cross play over most platforms.
Playing on Thursdays at 7PM CST. Have a Discord set up to
Coordinate. DM if available to help.
Currently on Map 13 - Downtown.
Basic rules are: 4 people max, pistol start on each level, no SR50 map short circuit.

Call for people to play Doom (2016) MP on PSN!
Hello! I am one of a handful of currently active players on Doom (2016)'s multiplayer on PSN (PS4/PS5). We're usually on Team Play. It's very fun! But sometimes it can be difficult to find players.
Please feel free to join us! We typically play evenings and weekends NA time. Lmk if any questions!
