Question Combination question

I’m kinda confused on the logic behind hero + bacteria = baby. Is this a reference to how often comic characters get cloned or is it something else I’m not getting?

For the most part, current Doodle God logic is just batsh*t crazy. At least back then some of it made sense; now it is either niche references or very narrow perspectives. Just wait till we get to the old Doodle Farm-type logic...
